Can someone confirm that these two pins are not already on the list before I add them?

If they are not already on the list, do you know them by a different name? They both say Peter David on the back so I will go with that unless there is an established name already.

I know the 96 MVP pin was also made by Peter David.

Well we can call the first "1996 Jersey Pin" but I am not sure what to call the second.
