Guess no one knows lol. I just bought an 87 Gastonia team set to see if I can match this up with another teammate, appears to be maybe a road jersey since he wore blue on the card.

If you look at the 1987 card, the number on the jersey clearly
starts with the number 2. It looks like his number was 24?.
