1998 Topps Promo Folder

I have a couple of these promo folders with a foldout poster inside. I see the poster on the oddball list but not the folder. The folder has a cutout that baseball card on the folder is visible through. So the folder was designed to host the poster.

Found them when cleaning out a room. May be the last Juan Gonzalez thing I have. Heading to the trash they are soon.
