Hi, those are made in home. The guy have been trying to make a profit for over a decade.
They are not given in any game or promo in PR.
He made and sell them thru facebook...

I think he makes one of each card and post the pics on facebook.
If someone buys one, he prints them at that same moment and ship it.

He doesnt sell a lot.. so you might have one of very few made. (by him:D )

They are cool because it remind us Juan Gonzalez history besides the MLB but yeah.. kinda Trash
