1994 Donruss Elite name in stripe

I have 2 1994 Donruss Elite and one of them the name on front is like in a stripe or something and the other one there is no difference on the foil on front of the card. The picture attached is from an ebay listing that shows the name on front in a different foil color than the rest on front of the card. Would this be considered a variation?

I also have one of those too. Actually if you look at the 2 shown under 94 Elite the pictures are definitely different. I also vaguely remember reading about them years ago.
