Really Roberto??

Now come on Roberto...I know this is a really cool card and all, but don't you think you are overpaying a little bit?

Roberto is not over paying. He is paying what it takes to purchase the card he wants. Getting the card you want...priceless. Good for you Roberto!

Pricing

Having been away so long, I've got a question about the pricing on Juans cards these days. Although I personally feel that this price seems excessive, well...each of us should obviously spend our money however we see fit. Are Juans low numbered issues still commanding hefty premiums or is this an isolated example? Does the market for his cards collapse if one or two of the biggest collectors drop out?

right on all accounts except Roberto and myself would have to both drop out. then the prices would drop like the stock market in 07 i don't pay as high as he does.but i have alot more to trade. but no one to trade with. here is a good example this just ended the last Juan went of 1.6 x that

we have all been here for over a decade bidding against each other - I dont think we are going anywhere

Please drop out!!! j/k

Although I am finding it hard to add cards as I am unwilling to pay the prices others are willing to pay.

My wife says that when I croak she is going to sell the cards for a penny a piece. 538 X .01 = $5.38 with shipping cost included! That may be a good deal for someone.

Can I Pay In Advance?

so as far as 1/1 cards go...Is $350 the top range? I would think that signed cards would add to the price possibly. What about press plates?

Which gets me wondering...where the heck are all the 1/1 photos at? With the amazing archive of card photographs in the "Collect" section, and considering that so many of the best Juan collections are already on here, I'm surprised that so many of the 1/1 photos are missing. Are they sitting in collections stashed away in closets like mine was, or are we missing some of better collections still?

I'd be willing to bet that MOST one of ones that don't have a picture are still in packs...

The card is now in my hands, and it's awsome. It worth every single penny!
