that's why he's my fav. player now. i'm glad he plays for my team so i get to see him every day. glad the rangers traded for him no matter who they gave up.

i lived in tampa when the rays drafted him #1 in 1999.he was in the paper every day about what a talent this young man was.i was lucky to see him in spring training in 2000.i beleave that was the year,or it may have been 2001 that he was in a bad car wreck with his mother.that was when he started his downword trend.i am glad to see his life turn around.he was that good the ray's should have just put him in the line up right away,can you just think if that had happened? and why did they not do that??? the team stunk up the place anyway!! i just do not under stand why teams keep good players in the minors for player development.pitches YES. everyday players,NO!! what if BOSTON put Boggs in the line up at 19 and not 25?? they stunk at the time also! where would A-Rod be in HR RIGHT now if Seattle waited until he was 23-24 300-350? most baseball ext.are STUPID MORONS! GO Josh!

yea it's horrible that it worked out that way for him, but now he's a rangers so it worked out great for me in the end.
