The title to Juan's old Corvette
 

well I have been talking to the seller of the vette that Chris posted the craigslist link to. Apparently it really was owned by Gonzo. He emailed me a nice scan of the title when Juan signed it over to him, and you can see for yourself. I assume the address in Arlington used to be Juan's!! Whitepages.com now shows the owners of the home as a Roberto C Kelly (didn't he used to play for TX?)

Be a neat car to have for sure. Everyone will probably want to print this out and put it with your oddball stuff!

BTW why does the title say Juan A VAZQUEZ Gonzalez??

thank you for finding that out.i beleve that was his father's name.the car is a steal at that price with that milage.he would prob take 18 cash! if i was 15 years younger i would have snapped it up in a heart beat!!! think of what you get new today for 18k a ford focus!!!!

Well his legal name is Juan Alberto González Vázquez, I don't know why the names are transposed on the document. Vázquez is his mother's maiden name.

I did a search on that Address and it appears in a baseball player address book as Roberto Kelly's address so Juan sold him his house. That must have been Juan's first house, early 90s, it isn't much of a house :eek: It is right by Ameriquest field. Roberto Kelly probably rents it out or houses one of his relatives in it.

Well I can tell for sure, that used to be Juan's Corvette, eventhough I only seing it for a couple of times. What surprise me is that it ends up in Texas, by the time he broke up with Olga she owns a White Jaguar and a Black Range Rover, both were sold in Puerto Rico!
