Well his legal name is
Juan Alberto González Vázquez, I don't know why the names are transposed on the document.
Vázquez is his mother's maiden name.
I did a search on that Address and it appears in a baseball player address book as Roberto Kelly's address so Juan sold him his house. That must have been Juan's first house, early 90s, it isn't much of a house
It is right by Ameriquest field. Roberto Kelly probably rents it out or houses one of his relatives in it.
