About BGS notice if it is one thing or the other, I doubt it, here is another example of that, (
113 One of One 1999 Ultimate Victory Parallel) I bought this 1 of 1 card graded by them, but the card it is not numbered on the front, so I believed this is a back door duplicate by the company for replacement porpuses. compare it with the picture of the not graded version which is numbered 1/1 in the lower front of the card!
