I have a card that looks like

2004 Upper Deck Vintage

However, the version I have is autographed 10/20. It looks like card #126.

I do not see the autographed version?

I sent you an email with the front and back of the card. It is a 2004 autograph buy back card.

I used to have the Auto version /20 as well. It used to be on the list, but I can't seem to find it now.

It is in the list. It's listed as an 04 SP Authentic Buybacks "VIN".

That is correct, it is hand numbered and should have the congratulations card with it.
