Default Back door deals

Who is the jerk making back door deals? Why can't people just let an auction run its course?

Example: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=230473336080

My bid gets cancelled and the item is no longer available. I know you think you are being clever or smart, but it is unfair.

It still an ebay policy violation!
Remember, the seller has the following options:
Buy It Now
Make Offer
But he rather violate the policy just to save a few pennies.
Ebay should do something about it.

Yes, it is a policy violation.

Instead of asking sellers to sell to me outside of eBay, I ask them to put a Buy It Now up at the value that I am offering.

yes and good luck getting it! i did that 8 times and every time Roberto wound up getting the card! the last one was a sweet spot red and white stich! and when you ask how much to end an auction you get "SORRY I DONT END AUCTIONS EARLY!" THATS IS B.S ALSO! i asked the person on the 2004 timeless treasures duel auto and thats what i got. then i said ok $500 they said yes 30 hours later. i called them a Hypocrit! and said i changed my mind!
you offer enough money and they will end it!

what is the big deal? you would not have won it anyway! and another thing i want to bring up is>for the lonest time a "few months" i search on auction sniper when i see a card i just snipe it! i no longer care who wants or needs it or who bids on it. i snipe it! case in point, the 01 sp bat gold i won it for just $10.55 what a steal! i sniped it with NOOOOOOOO BIDS on it! i do bid sometimes to try to win a cheap card. snips are not cheap when trying to win a $4 card! sorry if i want it i am getting it! by the way i have 4 other ebay names soooo good luck!

it is all about MONEY!!!!! if you have a seller with 30,000 plus feed back and a buyer with 1000+ feed back thats complains about this seller, well who makes ebay and paypal more MONEY? one guess,go ahead guess. aslo i have seen alot of sellers with this. i reserve the right to end auctions early!!! most of them do have card shops. there is NOTHING going to be done.it is a dod eat dog world,so eat up!
