I have to tell you I feel very liberated not collecting Juan anymore...

i still look and bid on cool juan stuff but i still dont win much. if you can get a whole bunch of cash, i would take it. there are so many other players who sell for far less. you could build an amazing collection of another player for a tenth of what you spend on juan. ultimately, i am having more fun w/ it now that i can actually win cards w/o all the competetion.

This site is the reason Juan goes for so much.... I know when i joined i was buying em like crazy!

you just have 5 or 6 guys buying the same stuff -

Before we birth, we were competing. Competiton is everything, the rest just quit... However we all know Rob is going to sell! :p

I would not rule that out. I have had alot of contact with non Juan collectors wanting some of the rare stuff. ( set builders ) I may just break it up like Wil did. I just sold my car,never thought i would sell it. It is very hard to part with something you have had for 22 years,never thought i would part with it. So why not the Juan collection? I am on the right path with the car going first.

I hear ya Rob...Ive often thought of life without my collection...but dont think i would ever do it...while its not nearly as large as yours...i love my collection as u do yours...

Unless someone in the family is sick and you need the cash, don't do it. Cars are a lot easier to get over.
