Just won the auction for Juan's bat
 

As far as I can tell it's the same bat he was playing with while we were down there, same markings in the bottom photo that I took with my brother. The handle also has "2-20-08" "5 20" imprinted and "22" imprinted in white writing. I took the photo at the bottom on 2-23-08 (three days later).

I can't believe it sold for $330 though, oh well. His reserve was only $130 and he has two more. I placed a high snipe cuz I sure wasn't going to lose it!

Yeah, I was watching it and saw that you won it. You paid a lot, but it is a great item.

that's pretty cool to be able to get the same bat, i bought a game used gonzalez bat a few years back and paid a couple of hundred for it. i just thought it was cooler to have a whole bat instead of just a little pice of one on a card :D. its still amazing how much people list his game used stuff on ebay when it goes for sale considering how "unpopular" all the publications try to make him out to be.
