As far as I know this is not a giveaway card in Puerto Rico, I'm following the stuff that issue Juan Gonzalez at El Mani Team and this is not one of them...

The back of the card has his history through Kansas City Royals so it has to be a fairly new printing trying to cash in on Gonzalez fame.
