I buy my screw downs direct from Pro-Mold. I get them at wholesale because I have my own business tax id. I can get the Real Thick (up to 120 point) for $0.75 each.
A good alternative for you might be getting the 10-card cases. They do a great job of holding the thicker cards and are nice and compact. I can get a case of 160 of them for $53. That is about $0.33 apiece.
