Collect Section

Hello!
The cards in blue means cards that you need and that somebody on this site has a duplicate (you can find out who is the person who have it by cliking on the card, when the card opens you will see a box on the upper right corner with the names of the collectors, and the amount of cards that person has). The cards marked in yellow means you are watching someones collection and that person need that particular card and you have it duplicated.

I guess I just really noticed it to ask....what are the cards that are highlighted in the collect section, some in yellow and some in blue? Are they for cards your really looking for? And how do you set that up if so? I noticed under mine, there are some in blue.....
